Our project
involved a Windows data conversion to Unix format which we know to be a rare
request. Adrienne's knowledgeable and unfazed approach smoothed our anxious feathers
and allowed the project to be completed without delay or mishap.

expertise prompted us to ask another task of her, to recapture some data from an old server
which had not been accessed since the year 2000. She managed this with minimum
